| VeyFo® Jecuplex for the use in poultry | |||
| compensates for stressful situations in poultry production. Rehousing, high temperatures, vaccinations, parasite infestation and disease present stress situations for poultry. These metabolic burdens can be specifically overcome by the new supplementary feed VeyFo® Jecuplex from Veyx-Pharma. Stress leads to an increased energy requirement in poultry that will no longer be available for growth and development. An additional fatty degeneration of the liver increases the metabolic load. Digestive disorders of the gut and imbalance of water and osmoregulation aggravate the whole problem. The nutrients and vital substances contained in VeyFo® Jecuplex promote energy metabolism and support digestion: L-Carnitine serves to produce energy in the cells, promotes the conversion of body fat into energy and thus provides relief for the liver. Betaine reduces the risk of fatty degeneration in the liver. Moreover, this vital substance improves the absorption of nutrients in the gut and is effective against dehydration. Vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12 along with 12 essential amino acids promote protein and carbohydrate metabolism and respectively, support the production of blood. VeyFo® Jecuplex is used at 4 ml/litre drinking water for short term use, or 0.5 ml/litre drinking water for continuous administration. The product is available in 500 ml bottles for hobby or small scale flocks and in a 5 litre canister for commercial flocks and is available through veterinary practices. |

VeyFo® Jecuplex with L-carnitine, amino acids, minerals, vitamins and glucose is a new addition to the Veyx-Pharma supplementary feed range. The various nutrients and vital substances support metabolic (lipolysis/lipogenesis) and liver functions. This dietary feed reduces the risk of ketosis/acetonaemia in dairy cows and ewes. Moreover, VeyFo® Jecuplex is a supplementary feed that can be administered for nutritionally derived deficiency needs during and following particularly demanding performance phases, including growth and development, in cattle, pigs, horses dogs, poultry, pigeons, aviary and cage birds. 500 ml bottles and a 5 litre canister of VeyFo® Jecuplex can be obtained through a veterinary practice. |
